With the Qvalia app, users can manage and approve invoices instantly from mobile. It adds a practical layer to AP automation by making it easier to review, act on, and complete invoice tasks as soon as they require attention.
The app is a direct extension of Qvalia’s ISO 27001-compliant and Peppol Access Point-certified platform, for companies that use Qvalia to exchange invoices and other business transactions. Supplier invoices, including both PDF and e-invoices, are consolidated into a single flow and integrated with the ERP.
It is immediately available to users with workflow access and enables them to review, approve, and manage invoice tasks on the go, within the same hierarchies configured in Qvalia.
