Company information filled in for you

Enter a registration number or a company name, and Qvalia fills in the record from national company registers and external business databases.

Each record stays linked to the invoices and orders exchanged with that business partner, so your team sees the company and its transactions in one place.

  • Company name and registration number
  • VAT number and tax registration
  • Visiting and postal address
  • Email, phone number and website
  • Company type and industry
  • Bank account and email address from received invoices

Approve business partners before transactions start

New customers and suppliers can go through an approval step. Review the record and the documents linked to it, then approve or reject the business partner.

At your request, Qvalia also checks that your suppliers are still active companies, so you know before their invoices are approved. Available company details and checks depend on the country and data source.

Connected to the rest of your flow

Master data is used wherever Qvalia handles a document with a business partner.

Linked to transactions

Invoices, credit notes and orders are linked to the customer or supplier record, so history and contact details are always in the same place.

Bulk upload and integration

Upload existing customer and supplier records in bulk, or keep them in sync with your business system through API or SFTP.

Master data FAQ

Where does the company information come from?

From national company registers and external business databases, for companies in the Nordic countries and other European countries. Qvalia fills in the details when a record is created.

Does Qvalia provide credit ratings?

No. Master data covers company details and whether a company is still active. Qvalia does not provide credit ratings, credit limits or payment remarks.

What does a supplier check do?

It confirms that a supplier is still an active company. Qvalia runs the check when you ask for it. A sole trader may be notified of the check as a credit report, because the business is registered to a person.

Can we import our existing records?

Yes. Upload customer and supplier records in bulk, or integrate through API or SFTP.

Which plans include master data?
