What does it mean to become a Peppol and e-invoicing partner with Qvalia?

Becoming a Peppol partner with Qvalia means you can offer Peppol connectivity and compliant exchange of business messages to your own customers, embedded into your product or service. Qvalia operates the Peppol infrastructure in the background, while you own the customer relationship and offering.

Do we need to manage compliance ourselves?

No. Qvalia operates as a certified Peppol Access Point and SMP on your behalf. This removes the need for your own Peppol certification, audits, and ongoing Peppol governance, while ensuring continuous compliance with network rules and regulatory requirements.

As a partner, you are only required to ensure proper customer due diligence (KYC) for your end customers. Peppol is intended for registered businesses, meaning only active legal entities may be assigned a Peppol ID. End customers must not be deregistered, insolvent, or otherwise in breach of applicable AML requirements or other relevant regulations.

How do you support multi-tenant Peppol setups?

Qvalia supports both consolidated and multi-tenant models. You can manage multiple end customers in a shared setup or provide separate accounts and Peppol IDs for each customer.

What Peppol message types can we offer?

Partners can offer full Peppol support for invoices, credit notes, orders, order responses, despatch advice, catalogues, and related business messages. Qvalia handles validation, routing, delivery, and error handling across the network.

Read more about the Peppol message types.

Can Peppol be embedded into our existing product?

Yes. Peppol can be fully embedded into your platform via APIs, allowing you to offer e-invoicing and e-ordering as a native part of your product. Alternatively, you can use Qvalia’s white-label interface for a ready-made, partner-branded Peppol workspace.

How are end customers onboarded and managed?

End customers are assigned their own Peppol IDs and routing rules during onboarding. Qvalia manages participant registration, directory updates, and network configuration behind the scenes, while you control the onboarding experience.

Can we add value beyond basic Peppol exchange?

Yes. Peppol can be fully embedded into your platform via APIs, allowing you to offer e-invoicing and e-ordering as a native part of your product. Alternatively, you can use Qvalia’s white-label interface for a ready-made, partner-branded Peppol workspace.

How quickly can we launch a Peppol service?

Most partners can start testing within hours. Qvalia provides sandbox access, documentation, and onboarding support to help you launch quickly and scale safely.

Certified access point
