How B2B checkout works
The buyer completes the order in your store. Qvalia handles the company details and the invoice.
Choose to pay by invoice
At checkout, a business customer chooses to receive an invoice instead of paying by card.
Confirm the company
The buyer enters a registration number or company name, and the company details are filled in.
Check Peppol
Qvalia checks whether the company is registered on Peppol and can receive e-invoices.
Send the invoice
When the order is confirmed, Qvalia creates the invoice and sends it in a format the buyer can receive.
An invoice each buyer can receive
The invoice goes out through the channel that fits the buyer:
- Peppol e-invoice when the buyer is registered on Peppol
- PDF invoice by email
- Printed invoice by post
Payment stays with you
B2B checkout handles the invoice. The payment itself is made to you.
Invoices paid to your account
Buyers pay to your bank account or payment system. Qvalia puts your payment details on the invoice, such as bank account and payment reference.
Card payment with your own Stripe account
If you also want to accept card payments in the same checkout, they run through your own Stripe account. Qvalia is a Stripe partner.

What is B2B checkout?
A checkout option for online stores where business customers choose to receive an invoice instead of paying by card. Qvalia looks up the company, checks whether it can receive Peppol invoices and sends the invoice.
Does Qvalia handle the payment?
No. The buyer pays to your bank account or payment system. Card payments run through your own Stripe account.
Which e-commerce platforms are supported?
B2B checkout is available as a plugin for WooCommerce stores. Contact us if your store runs on another platform.
What happens if the buyer is not on Peppol?
The invoice is sent as a PDF by email or as a printed invoice by post instead.
