BIS Catalogue Without Response is a product and service catalogue message that supports the exchange of B2B information about products and services, including prices, between suppliers and customers.

- Item dependency and compositions
- Packaging and storage requirements
- Tax classifications
- Item instance descriptions
- Maintenance of catalogs
Peppol does not mandate the use of catalogue data, but BIS Catalogue Without Response can support a high degree of automation in procurement and transaction processes between business partners. The profile defines the business requirements, document structure and validation rules for the exchange.
The message uses OASIS UBL 2.1 and ISO/IEC 19757-3 Schematron to automate document validation.
