For Hosted Access Point, the partner must hold its own ISO/IEC 27001 certification, or an equivalent accepted by OpenPeppol, covering its Peppol scope. Certification held by a platform supplier does not replace the Service Provider’s own certification.

Müssen wir die Compliance selbst verwalten?
Nein. Qvalia fungiert in Ihrem Namen als zertifizierter Peppol-Zugangspunkt und SMP. Dadurch entfallen für Sie die Notwendigkeit einer eigenen Peppol-Zertifizierung, Audits und die fortlaufende Peppol-Governance, während gleichzeitig die kontinuierliche Einhaltung der Netzwerkregeln und regulatorischen Anforderungen gewährleistet ist.
Als Partner müssen Sie lediglich die ordnungsgemäße Kundenüberprüfung (KYC) für Ihre Endkunden sicherstellen. Peppol ist für registrierte Unternehmen vorgesehen, d. h. nur aktive juristische Personen können eine Peppol ID erhalten. Endkunden dürfen nicht deregistriert, insolvent oder anderweitig in Verstoß gegen geltende AML-Anforderungen oder andere relevante Vorschriften sein.
