For Hosted Access Point, the partner must hold its own ISO/IEC 27001 certification, or an equivalent accepted by OpenPeppol, covering its Peppol scope. Certification held by a platform supplier does not replace the Service Provider’s own certification.

Wat houdt het in om een Peppol- en e-facturatiepartner van Qvalia te worden?
Als u Peppol-partner wordt via Qvalia, kunt u uw eigen klanten Peppol-connectiviteit en de conformiteit van de uitwisseling van zakelijke berichten aanbieden, geïntegreerd in uw product of dienst. Qvalia beheert de Peppol-infrastructuur op de achtergrond, terwijl u verantwoordelijk blijft voor de klantrelatie en het aanbod.
Moeten we zelf zorgen voor naleving?
Nee. Qvalia treedt namens u op als gecertificeerd Peppol-toegangspunt en SMP. Hierdoor hoeft u zich niet bezig te houden met uw eigen Peppol-certificering, audits en het voortdurende Peppol-beheer, terwijl tegelijkertijd wordt gewaarborgd dat de netwerkregels en wettelijke vereisten te allen tijde worden nageleefd.
Als partner hoeft u alleen maar te zorgen voor een deugdelijke klantenonderzoek (KYC) voor uw eindklanten. Peppol is bedoeld voor geregistreerde bedrijven, wat betekent dat alleen actieve rechtspersonen een Peppol ID kunnen krijgen. Eindklanten mogen niet uit het register zijn geschrapt, insolvent zijn of op enige andere wijze in strijd handelen met de geldende antiwitwasvoorschriften of andere relevante regelgeving.
Hoe ondersteunt u Peppol-opstellingen met meerdere gebruikers?
Qvalia ondersteunt zowel geconsolideerde als multi-tenant-modellen. U kunt meerdere eindklanten beheren in een gedeelde omgeving of voor elke klant afzonderlijke accounts en Peppol-ID’s aanmaken.
