How do I upgrade my account?

Upgrading provides portal users access to additional features and larger transaction volumes. You can upgrade your Qvalia account anytime in just a few steps.

How to upgrade

  1. Go to settings: To access the settings page, click the gear icon in the upper right corner of your dashboard.
  2. Choose Plans & Billing: In the left-hand menu, select Plans & Billing. This will take you to the page to view and choose from the available subscription plans.
  3. Select your plan: Browse the available plans and select the one that best fits your needs. Click on the plan to proceed.
  4. Follow the instructions: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the upgrade process. This will include entering your credit card details for payment.
  5. Enter credit card details: Provide your credit card information in the required fields. Ensure all details are correct before submitting.
  6. Complete the upgrade: Once your payment is processed, your account will be upgraded to the selected plan. You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your new subscription.

Annual subscription: All paid plans are billed annually and will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period.

Downgrading: You can downgrade your subscription at any time. Your account will retain access to the current features until the end of the current billing period.
