How do I downgrade my account?

You can downgrade or upgrade your Qvalia account at any time. To downgrade your Qvalia account, follow the below steps.

How to downgrade your account

  1. Go to settings: Navigate to the settings page by clicking on the gear icon located in the upper right corner of your dashboard.
  2. Choose Plans & Billing: In the left-hand menu, select Plans & Billing. This will take you to the page to view and choose from the available subscription plans.
  3. Select your plan: Browse the available plans and select the one that better fits your current needs. Click on the plan to proceed.
  4. Follow the instructions: Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the downgrade process.
  5. Complete the downgrade: Your account will be downgraded to the selected plan. You will retain access to the current features until the end of the current billing period.
