Qvalia has been announced as one of the winners of the 2020 Red Herring Top 100 Europe Awards. Started in 1996, Red Herring enlists promising companies and entrepreneurs, and the Top 100 Awards are recognized as one of the industry’s most prestigious.
“In 2020, selecting the top achievers was by no means a small feat,” said Alex Vieux, publisher and CEO of Red Herring. “In fact, we had the toughest time in years because so many entrepreneurs had crossed significant milestones so early in the European tech ecosystem. But after much thought, rigorous contemplation and discussion, we narrowed our list down from hundreds of candidates from across Europe to the Top 100 Winners. We believe Qvalia embodies the vision, drive, and innovation that define a successful entrepreneurial venture. Qvalia should be proud of its accomplishment, as the competition was very strong.”
Red Herring’s editorial staff evaluated the companies on both quantitative and qualitative criteria, such as financial performance, technological innovation, management quality, overall business strategy, and market penetration.
“We’re glad to be recognized as a winner of 2020 Red Herring Top 100 Europe Awards. It’s a recognition of our efforts,” comments Henri Taipale, founder and CEO of Qvalia. “We’re developing the next generation finance automation platform to enable enterprises and SMBs to improve processes such as invoice handling and accounting radically. The Top 100 Europe listing contributes to the work of reaching out and improving the processes of even more companies and organizations.”
Qvalia redesigns finance processes for companies and organizations with a novel cloud-based finance automation platform and a team of leading experts in financial data-mining and recovery audit. Qvalia has offices in Copenhagen, Oslo, and Helsinki. The HQ is located in Stockholm.
