What is the Accounting API?
It gives your system access to the account coding suggestions Qvalia generates for supplier invoices. The suggestions are trained on your organization’s posting history and are delivered as the posting enrichment in the Enrichment API.
Does Qvalia post invoices automatically?
No. Qvalia suggests the coding and your team confirms it. The final posting decision stays with your organization.
What are the suggestions based on?
Invoices your organization has already posted, so the suggestions follow your own chart of accounts and posting practice.
How do I access posting suggestions through the API?
Posting is one of the two enrichments in the Enrichment API, next to product classification. Qvalia support enables it for your account, and we agree with you which data your integration needs.
