Check the recipient’s Access Point in our Peppol Access Point status monitor. It shows whether each Access Point’s AS4 endpoint is responding right now, and its measured uptime over the past 24 hours, 7, 30, and 90 days.
- Find out which Peppol provider the recipient uses. If you don’t know, ask the recipient or your own service provider.
- Find the provider in the monitor and check the Now column.
- Not responding: the recipient’s Access Point did not answer our most recent check. Wait and try again, or contact the recipient so they can raise it with their provider.
- Responding: the Access Point can be reached, so the cause is probably something else. The most common causes are a wrong Peppol ID, a recipient who is not registered for the document type, or a validation error. See common Peppol invoice errors and how to fix them.
The monitor checks every endpoint every five minutes from North America. It shows whether an endpoint can be reached, not whether a specific message was accepted or delivered.
