As an element in improving every organisation’s flow of invoices we offer the cloud-based service Precovery. Without making interventions in existing accounting systems, the service provides an overview and transparency in the financial reporting.
In purely technical terms, this take places through mirroring the information in the existing accounting system and putting it into Qvalia’s system.
The information is checked, both by automated analysis programs and manually by our experts. The advantage is that even at this early stage we can make corrections and flag up incoming errors.
When the flow has been prevalidated by Qvalia, the information is sent back to the customer with all the errors clearly flagged up.
The authorised user receives a number of screen views, a so-called dashboard, which is adapted according to professional role and personal wishes. The clarity in the respective view reduces the risk of errors, at the same time as making the accounts flow transparent.
About the certifier issue
High requirements are placed on people who approve invoices in organisations. In many cases there is too little knowledge about the actual invoice and approval is given in the belief that it is correct. This entails the risk that VAT, prices, discounts, payment times and other items for approval can be wrong.
