How it works

1. Create your Qvalia account
Sign up for the Connect Medium plan or higher. Qvalia registers your business on the Peppol network and provides you with a unique Peppol ID, making you discoverable to trading partners straight away.

2. Enable the Fortnox connector
Go to Settings and Integrations, find Fortnox in the list, and click Connect. Follow the authentication steps to link your Fortnox account. No coding or IT resources required.

3. Start sending and receiving
E-invoices and orders flow directly between the Peppol network and Fortnox. Posting is handled automatically.

Automated invoice posting

Both supplier and customer invoices are synchronized between Qvalia and Fortnox. Customer invoices are logged automatically. Incoming supplier invoices move through Qvalia’s approval workflow and are posted to Fortnox after final sign-off — mapped to your designated accounts, with product IDs matched or created as needed. Anything that can’t transfer lands in the error log, where you can review, reprocess, or dismiss each item.
