Partners can use Qvalia purely as background infrastructure, or deploy a ready-made user interface as a Peppol white-label or embedded front-end.
Infrastructure-only
In infrastructure-only mode:
- End users work exclusively in the partner’s own UI.
- Qvalia runs as the Peppol Access Point, SMP, and messaging backend.
- All interaction with Qvalia happens via APIs.
This option fits partners with established products and strong in-house UX capabilities.
White-label application
Key benefits with white labelling include rapid time-to-market without building your own UI, reduced development and maintenance effort, and the ability to roll out a complete Peppol solution with minimal internal resources.
White-label includes:
- A fully brandable application using the partner’s logo, colours, and domain.
- End users get a ready-made workspace for:
- Invoices and credit notes
- Orders
- Despatch advice
- Catalogues
- Transaction log and related views
Embedded and redirect models
Partners can also choose:
- Embedded components – selected Qvalia views integrated inside the partner application
- Redirect model – users are redirected to a Qvalia-hosted, partner-branded UI for specific functions
When white-label or embedded front-ends make sense
- You want a full Peppol portal experience without investing heavily in UI development.
- You need to launch in mandate-driven markets within a short timeframe.
- You want to standardise how customers view documents, logs, and statuses across different channels.
Security and compliance
All options share the same security and compliance foundation:
- ISO 27001-certified information security management.
- EU/EEA data residency with appropriate legal safeguards where required
- Continuous Peppol compliance and regulatory updates
