Which business message formats does Qvalia support?

Qvalia sends and receives business messages over the Peppol network and by EDI, and delivers outgoing invoices by email, print, internet bank and digital mailbox, or the Finnish e-invoicing network. See delivery channels for outgoing invoices.

Messages handled by Qvalia can be transformed between standardized and customized formats.

Through the Invoicing API, outgoing invoices and credit notes can be uploaded as Svefaktura 1.0, EDIFACT INVOIC, cXML, Finvoice 3.0, XRechnung, CII or ZUGFeRD and Factur-X. Qvalia converts them to Peppol BIS Billing 3.0 before sending. Invoices you have sent can be downloaded as XRechnung, CII, ZUGFeRD or Factur-X, Finvoice, cXML or EDIFACT. See sending invoices in your existing format and the API documentation.
