How does Qvalia automate my accounting?

With Autoposting, pre-posting is done automatically, for each purchased item or service on your supplier invoices.

The line information on each validated invoice is analyzed and structured for each individual product and service. The information is then categorized and uploaded to the user’s accounting system.

The categories are easily mapped against charts of accounts.

Qvalia uses a global standard for categorizing goods and services. It contains over 50,000 different categories in a four-level hierarchy, allowing a very detailed categorization.
