Yes. Peppol BIS Billing allows supporting documents to be embedded in the invoice or referenced by an external URL. The permitted embedded MIME types include PDF, PNG, JPEG, CSV, XLSX and ODS.

A PDF attachment is supporting material; it does not replace the structured invoice. Peppol BIS Billing does not define a universal 100 MB attachment limit. Practical message-size limits are set by the service providers and transport implementation, so check the current Qvalia limit before sending large files.
