Pricing model for Peppol partners

Qvalia’s partner pricing is straightforward and usage-based, allowing partners to build their own commercial models on top.

Standard pricing example

A common commercial structure for Peppol infrastructure is:

  • Monthly platform fee: 50 € per month
  • Transaction fee: 0.05 € per message (sent or received)

This model covers:

  • Use of Qvalia as Peppol Access Point and SMP
  • Message transport and routing
  • Validation in the standard flow and
  • Optional routing and conversion
  • Operational monitoring and platform maintenance
  • Onboarding and support

Final commercial terms are individually defined in each partner agreement. Optional value-added services (for example, enrichment, analytics, accounting automation, or specialised reporting) are priced separately.

Example cost calculation

If a partner processes 20,000 Peppol messages per month via Qvalia:

  • Platform fee: 50 €
  • Transaction fees: 20,000 × 0.05 € = 1,000 €
  • Total infrastructure cost: 1,050 € per month

Partners can then set their own resale prices based on margin targets and market positioning.

How partners can package their own offering

Partners are free to package Qvalia-based services towards their customers, for example:

  • Per-customer bundles with included transaction volumes
  • Tiered pricing per message range
  • Value-added packages with analytics or automation features on top of Peppol connectivity
