We are pleased to announce the latest updates to the Qvalia platform, which aim to improve the user experience and expand functionality across our various transaction management tools.
The updates are available from today and focus on making order management more efficient and enhancing the flexibility of how business messages are viewed.
Despatch advice for improved order management
Order management users can now create and send dispatch advice directly through Qvalia’s online interface. Previously, dispatches were only available to customers using API integration. With this update, businesses can manage despatch advice without needing custom API integration, streamlining the process of notifying customers or partners about upcoming shipments.
This addition aligns with the latest Peppol BIS Despatch Advice standard for shipment communication, helping to ensure that all parties are informed and up-to-date on delivery details.

Customizable list views and design updates
All users now have access to updated list views for business messages, with the ability to customize columns according to specific needs. This enables users to rearrange, add, or remove columns based on the data most relevant to their use cases and workflows.
Users can select from available columns such as:
- Invoice number
- Invoice dates
- Debit or credit type
- Format
- Status
- Gross amount
- Reference
- Payment reference
This feature improves data accessibility by allowing for more tailored views, making it easier for users to focus on the information that matters most.
