What is Peppol BIS Order Agreement?

The BIS Order Agreement message is the basis of an agreement between the customer and supplier. It combines the information from orders and order confirmation messages and enables sellers to send documentation about a purchase agreement. However, the message doesn’t address all business-level details of a contract. In addition, the message allows suppliers to accumulate multiple purchases within a framework agreement.

The message uses OASIS UBL 2.1 and ISO/IEC 19757-3 Schematron to automate document validation
