Peppol PINT MY is Malaysia’s specialisation of the Peppol International Invoice model. It uses UBL 2.1 XML and adds Malaysia-specific tax, identifier and reporting rules.

The published Malaysian specialisations cover Billing Invoice, Billing Credit Note, Self-Billing Invoice and Self-Billing Credit Note transactions.

PINT MY contains Malaysian tax and identifier rules and is designed for use in the Malaysian e-invoicing environment. Exact alignment with LHDN MyInvois obligations must be checked against the current official Malaysian and Peppol documentation.

The PINT MY specification does not establish a general rule that every cash payment must be rounded to the nearest 5 sen. Where cash rounding is legally or commercially applicable, it must be represented using the permitted invoice elements and comply with the relevant Malaysian rules.

PINT MY uses the current PINT levels Shared, Aligned and Distinct.
