White-label application vs complete Peppol identity
On this model, white-label refers to the application and customer-facing brand. Qvalia remains the Peppol Service Provider, and messages use Qvalia’s Access Point certificate. Hosted Access Point is the model for partners that need their own Service Provider identity and PKI certificate.

A fully developed platform that you rebrand and sell as your own. Your customers see your logo, your colours and your domain. Qvalia runs the software and the Peppol connection behind it.
What exactly can we customize?
Logo and colours throughout the application, your own domain through a CNAME record, which service tiers you offer and at what price, granular user roles, and which message types each tier supports.
Which services are included?
Peppol-based invoicing and order management in Peppol BIS, PDF and EDI, approval workflow with AI-assisted posting, and line-item analytics with classification.

Is the platform Peppol-compliant?
Yes. Qvalia is a certified Peppol Access Point and validates documents against the applicable Peppol specifications.
Do we get our own Peppol identity?
No. On this model Qvalia is the registered Service Provider and messages travel under Qvalia’s Access Point certificate. Hosted Access Point is the model where the identity and the certificate are yours.
Can we move to another model later?
Yes. The delivery model can be changed as product and regulatory requirements develop. The migration scope and handling of existing customer accounts are confirmed during planning.

White-label platform is a tailored service according to scope and volume capacity. Contact us for more details.
How do we get started?

Alternative delivery models
Choose Embedded Peppol for an API inside your existing product, or Hosted Access Point when your organisation needs to hold the Service Provider role.
You already have a product your customers use
Embedded Peppol gives you the network through one REST API while you keep the entire interface inside your own software.
You need to be the provider, in your own name
Hosted Access Point gives your organisation its own Peppol Service Provider identity and PKI certificate. Qvalia operates the underlying infrastructure.
