A large part of the Swedish Public Employment Service’s responsibilities, the national government agency for public employment services and labor policy implementation, is today privatized and performed by private employment agencies and service providers.
Workbuster has long worked as a facilitator in the order and invoice flow between the Swedish Public Employment Service and private agencies. The company supports some 130 agencies and enables tens of thousands of job matches every year.
When the Swedish Public Employment Service decided that the flow of orders and invoices be digitized using Peppol, a European network for exchanging e-invoices and business documents, Workbuster had a few months to implement a completely new digitized solution for a critical process.
The company turned to Qvalia’s platform after evaluating 4-5 traditional VAN services.
