This policy explains how Qvalia AB (“Qvalia”, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies on qvalia.com, including its language versions. It should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which describes how we process personal data and which rights you have.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. Similar technologies, such as scripts, pixels and local storage, can also store or read information on your device. In this policy, “cookies” covers all of these technologies.

Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies). Others remain until they expire or you delete them (persistent cookies).

We use Google Consent Mode. If you decline analytics or advertising cookies, Google tags do not store cookies on your device. They may still send limited signals without cookies, for example that a page was viewed and which consent choice was made. Google uses these signals for aggregated measurement and modeling.

Necessary cookies

These cookies are required for the website to work and to remember your cookie choices. They do not require consent.

  • HubSpot consent banner (__hs_cookie_cat_pref and related cookies): stores your cookie choices.
  • Leadfeeder (_lfa_consent): stores whether you have accepted analytics cookies, so that the Leadfeeder script respects your choice.

Analytics cookies

With your consent, we use these cookies to understand how visitors use the website, which content is read and how visitors find us, so that we can improve the website and our content.

  • Google Analytics 4 (Google): _ga and _ga_*, stored for up to 2 years.
  • HubSpot: __hstc and hubspotutk, stored for up to 6 months, and __hssc and __hssrc for the current session. HubSpot also links visits to form submissions, for example when you request a demo or download content.
  • Hotjar: _hjSessionUser_* and _hjSession_*, used to analyze how pages are used, for example through heatmaps. Stored for up to 1 year.
  • Leadfeeder (Dealfront): _lfa, stored for up to 1 year, so that repeat visits from the same browser can be recognized.

Advertising cookies

With your consent, we use these cookies when we run campaigns, to measure the results of our ads and to show our ads to people who have visited our website.

  • Google Ads (Google): _gcl_au and related conversion cookies, stored for up to 90 days.
  • LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn): li_fat_id and related cookies.
  • Microsoft Advertising (Microsoft): _uetsid and _uetvid, stored for up to 13 months.

Measurement without cookies

The following services do not store cookies on your device and are used regardless of your cookie choices. They are described in more detail in our Privacy Policy.

  • Ahrefs Web Analytics: aggregated statistics on visits, pages, referring sources, countries and device types. The service does not use cookies. Your IP address is used to estimate country and to count unique daily visits through a hashed value that is reset every 24 hours. According to Ahrefs, raw IP addresses are not stored.
  • Leadfeeder (Dealfront): identifies which companies visit our website by matching the visitor’s IP address against company data. Until you accept analytics cookies, Leadfeeder sets no cookie, so separate visits are not linked to each other.

How you can manage cookies

You can change your choices at any time through the cookie settings on our website. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block necessary cookies, parts of the website may not work as intended, and the consent banner will be shown again on your next visit.

You can also stop Google Analytics from collecting data with Google’s opt-out browser add-on: tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when we change the cookies or services we use. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last updated.
